Millridge Real Estate was formed in 2006 by Wake Forest-based developer Jim Adams. Jim is also the founder of Millridge Companies, one of the most respected real estate developers in the area. As a result of his involvement as both buyer and seller of commercial and residential properties throughout the years, Jim recognized the need for a real estate firm dedicated to serving owners of and investors in commercial real estate – and to provide them with the highest level of customer service possible. Out of Jim’s identification of that need, Millridge Real Estate was born.
